The houses are a reflection of the popular wisdom of yesteryear obtaining a thermal comfort through the own elements and constructive systems, the façade enclosures are thick walls of stone coated and painted white to the lime, the woodwork is colored wood green dialoguing with the gardens of native vegetation, the roof is made of wood paneling of "Tea" with exterior finish in old Arab tile, mud floors and rustic furniture.
